You will need:

  • vegetable brush(optional)
  • beetroot with greens

Steps:

Tips:

  • The best beetroot for juicing is the one with a hard and crunchy root.
  • Make sure that it has a deep red pigment, and a smooth skin.
  • Study it carefully to ensure that it is free from spoilage. Spoilage is marked by tenderness of the beet, bruises, wetness, tough and aged roots.
  • Avoid beets that have stayed in the refrigerator for more than three weeks.

  • 4 Carrots
