  • A potato peeler can come in handy if you need to dig out some rind patches that are hard to remove using the down slicing motion of the knife.

  • Slice the pineapple down the middle while it is still upright and proceed to cut the pieces lengthwise in order to have four long pieces.
  • Put the pieces side by side and cut into 1/4 pieces or more depending on your juicer. The core is part of the fruit so there is no need to remove it, however you can cut it off from individual pieces.
